Hey Fit & Free Babe!

I'm Angel, the ​owner and operator of the Fit and Free Company. I'm a mom of 4, in a relationship that brings me so much support and joy, and I've always had an entrepreneurial spirit. I spent the majority of my early entrepreneurial years as a Beachbody coach, but something changed in 2017.

I recognized a desire for more. My family size doubled, and suddenly my priorities shifted. While I still had a passion for fitness, I lost my passion for the constant messaging back and forth that coaching required of me. I took my passion of fitness, need for comfortability and love for fashion, and created Fit and Free Company in September 2017.

This is where my mission to source well fitting clothing that makes women feel comfortable in their skin, radiant from the inside out, and strong when facing the world around them began.

I've worked over the last 3 years with a ton of fitness coaches to promote fitness and fashion as one, which allows me to stay connected to the Beachbody community. While all of our clothing may not be strictly activewear, all of it is sourced with the active, moving woman in mind who wants to look AND feel her best.

In 2018, I also created Free Moon Gems, which is a handmade gemstone jewelry & home decor business. I originally had both of these businesses combined, but it became clear to me that separating them was best, as they don't mesh well together.
